Prices
At EleqTrade ApS all prices are in Danish Kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Out of stock items are subject to availability.
Payment
EleqTrade ApS accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and Bank Transfer. Payment will be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK, including VAT. Prices are subject to errors and out of stock items.
Delivery
EleqTrade ApS aims to dispatch orders received by 5:00 PM the same day; otherwise, orders are dispatched the next working day. We deliver to all of Denmark with shipping prices starting from 35 DKK. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering. We do not deliver abroad or to the Faroe Islands or Greenland. Your items will be delivered by Post Nord or GLS.
Note: If there is no space at the pick-up point, the package will be moved to the nearest pick-up point. If there are issues, please contact customer service. Items are delivered every working day and will arrive 1-3 working days after ordering. Special delivery terms apply to certain items. These terms will be specified before purchasing these items.
Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish law regarding the purchase of goods. Our warranty applies to defects related to material and/or manufacturing. Depending on the situation, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/services. You must advertise the defect as soon as reasonably possible. EleqTrade ApS will cover the costs of returning the item to a reasonable extent.
Return and Refund
If you request a refund, please include your bank details such as account and routing numbers so the agreed amount can be transferred. Because this information is not sensitive, it can be provided by e-mail or another electronic form. Of note, we only accept returns from the following address:

Cancellation
You have 14 full days to cancel a purchase made in our webshop. The cancellation period starts on the day: you receive the goods; the last item is in your possession; or, when it concerns regular deliveries of items over a certain period, on the date of the first item’s physical possession. Return costs are your responsibility. Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase. From the time of cancellation, the items must be returned within 14 days. To report cancellation, please e-mail us at info@zerin.dk and clearly state your intention to use your right to cancel. If you want to return the item, fill in the enclosed return form and send the item back.
Some items are exempt from cancellation rights such as the following: items made to your specifications or personalized; sealed items where opening the seal would harm hygiene or health; products that have been irreversibly mixed with other items; products where the safety seal has been broken; non-financial services if service delivery has started with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that your right of cancellation ceases once the delivery is fully performed.
Returning
Please send the item back without delay and within 14 days of exercising your right to cancel. You should cover the direct return costs and ensure that the item is properly packed. Include a copy of the order confirmation, and if possible, our cancellation form.
You are responsible for any loss of value if the item is handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics, features, and the way it works. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided that we have received the goods, or you have supplied evidence of having returned the item. Refunds are made back to the original payment method unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise.

To enter into an agreement with us and purchase items in our webshop, we require the following information about you: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and information about what you have bought. We use your data to deliver the items you purchased and to handle inquiries related to your purchase. The processing is carried out in accordance with the rules of our data privacy policy for EleqTrade ApS.
